Dance Festival
One thing that I love about the Hawaiian culture is their love for dance. Seems like everyone loves it, and they all know how to do it. Our church had a dance festival that included Mexican Hat Dance (I think), Filipino Tinkling, Hula, Hoop Dance (don't know the proper name for that one), Square Dance, Hip Hop, Waltz, and the Rumba. Pretty amazing stuff. The hoop dance was crazy - he literally starting jump roping with those little rings, then added on probably close to 20 rings and starting doing all sorts of crazy things with them. Impressive.

Portrait Photographer?
For me being a portrait photographer, I sure have been taking a lot of non-people pictures lately. Blame it on the vacation mode I am in. This waterfall is at Waimea Valley. A short hike through a botanical garden to make it to this beauty. Wish we had brought our swim suits...
